Translated from a Malayalam Poem
“It’s the universe, a mirror, that reflects us.
It’s the universe, a cave, that echoes us.
It’s the universe, a scholar parrot, who speaks what we pronounce.
It’s the universe, a passionate actor, who enacts our emotions.
It’s what we sow that what we reap in this field of universe.
It’s the universe, which gives you silk or smite, for what you do.
Have you had a lighten lamp, the world is bright in light.
Have you had a virtuous mind, the life is blessed eternally.
Had there been no spectator around, there is no object that’s beautiful,
Isn’t this everywhere in the Godly creation of diversity?
It’s the fundamental force of nature, that the particles in matter attract.
It’s the fundamental nature, that love prevails in the living kingdom.
If we respect, we rise; if we plant, we eat; and if we give, we get.
And yes, it’s just us, who build hell or heaven for ourselves.”

വെണ്മ മനസ്സിൽ വിളങ്ങിന ഭദ്രനു മേന്മേലമൃതമയം
പേശലമല്ലൊരു വസ്തുവുമുലകിൽ പ്രേക്ഷകനില്ലെന്നാ-
ലീശ്വരസൃഷ്ടിയിലെങ്ങെങ്ങില്ലീയിതരേതരയോഗം?
പദാർത്ഥനിരതൻ പ്രകൃതിജഭാവം പരസ്പരാകർഷം;
പ്രാണികുലത്തിൻ പരമാത്മഗുണം പരസ്പരപ്രേമം
നമിക്കിലുയരാം, നടുകിൽത്തിന്നാം, നൽകുകിൽ നേടീടാം
നമുക്കു നാമേ പണിവതു നാകം, നരകവുമതുപോലെ.
