When it comes to relationship takes, I most certainly place myself in the outlier category.
More often than not, I find that when I express my opinions, it ruffles people’s feathers. I can be direct, blunt, and confrontational at times. I seldom sugarcoat my ideas, nor am I afraid to disagree with the status quo.
But seldom do I find myself disagreeing with what seems like 99% of the people in a 1.7k+ strong . And this is what motivated me to write this piece. People are seeing this the wrong way, and I cannot let that go unchallenged.
The post is in the form of a question formulated around a personal story, and it goes like this:
