Have you heard of digital minimalism?
This might sound similar to many of you when you wake up. The first thing you do is check your phone, before even going to the washroom and brushing your teeth, and taking your morning tea or coffee.
I have remained stuck in this routine for many many years. Constant notifications with endless scrolling. This habit of mine drained me even before actually starting my work.
I felt distracted and the habit of looking at a new video, a meme, or the news was eating my time.
Deep down I knew that I needed to change to get my time and life back. Then I discovered minimalism. Not the usual one where it is all about using less or owning fewer things and clothes.
This minimalism is about your mindset, which helped me get my time back with better focus and peace of mind.
