Why Beauty Matters More Than Ever in a World Consumed by Profit
Venice’s Carnivale isn’t just an event but a rare reminder that true beauty isn’t something to sell. It’s a getaway to a world where beauty still matters, where history is honored, and where the soul is fed.
Many philosophers have often emphasized that living a purposeful life centers around truth, beauty, and goodness. Personally, I believe that beauty provides the greatest nourishment for the human soul. Without beauty, our soul suffers. Beauty encompasses art, music, books, and aesthetics, which uplift the soul beyond the mundane.
In today’s world, many people are uncertain about what the truth is in the sea of fake news, and unfortunately, moral values and concern for others are often neglected.
But beauty is still something we can enjoy. I’m referring to real beauty, not something superficial or fake.
I am talking about the type of beauty that uplifts and transforms your soul. It’s not about the kind of beauty driven by consumerism, but rather a true beauty that is not only seen but also felt. It touches the deepest parts of our soul and essence.
