Learn more about yourself

School is a place of learning in many ways : not only do you develop knowledge and skills, but you also learn about yourself, your  skills , your passions and even your interests in life.

It is a lesson that is unfortunately quickly forgotten by the majority once they leave school.

Knowing yourself is the key to moving forward in life .

The hardest thing in life is not knowing how to do something, it's doing what you know.

This applies to all areas , whether it's losing weight, getting a degree, or getting a job.

Knowing what to do  , knowing how to react to an unexpected situation or to one's emotions is another.

It is important to work on yourself regularly to continue to know yourself.
