Has this ever happened to you?
Your sat on the floor and your young child is looking up at you smiling and babbling and communicating with you.
But your mind is racing around a 100mph with so many doubts, fears, questions and pondering.
That you completely miss the moment.
A moment like that is lost forever and you don’t get many more opportunities for them.
It can happen so often as well regardless of age.
You can miss your kids first goal, first gymnastics roundoff, first basket, first tackle.
All things they are super proud of and cannot wait to share with you.
But you can’t be fully in the moment celebrating with them because you were distracted when it happened.
That used to be me most of the time.
