The 3 Habits of the Top 1 %
Success formula that actually works.
You’ll probably never be among top 1% in your field — unless you do these three habits daily.
👉 “Wake up at 5 AM.”
👉 “Read one book a week.”
👉 “Take cold showers to build mental toughness.”
Sounds familiar?
You’ve probably heard countless people preaching theses habits as the ultimate blueprint for success.
And while these habits may work for some, anyone telling you that exactly copying these routines are what make them successful, is full of it.
Let’s be real — if that were the secret routine to success, wouldn’t everyone (even the laziest) be thriving?
To be honest with you, I’ve researched the top 1% and what they do every single day.
Guess what?
All of their habits are different!
YES, it’s the fact.
- Some of them wake up at dawn, others are night owl.
- Some eat the breakfast in the morning, and some prefer intermediate fasting.
- Some hit gym for two hours, while others prefer a brisk walk.
There is no rhyme or reason to the same daily habits of all the 1%.
Life is different for all of us, and so there is no one-size-fits-all routine that guarantees success.
But, what is consistent across them — not in what they do, but in how they think and approach their lives.
✔️ Clear belief in what they’re creating.
✔️ Consistent reminders of their goals and vision.
✔️ Ability to align their actions with their long-term success.
Now, let’s break this down, one level deeper!
Your One Thing
Most people juggle between multiple priorities at once.
The result?
🚫 Slow progress
🚫 Frustration
🚫 Burnout
The reality is, divided attention kills MASTERY, meaning you can’t even undergo the process of success until you have your ONE Thing!
As they say, if everything is a priority, then nothing is.
And if nothing is the priority, then you’re going to be making progress at the snail’s pace.
There are not three or two or even one things that all of them consistently agree to do everyday.
But all of them have their own one thing that they’re fully committed to and work on every day.
Also, this doesn’t mean that they ignore other aspects of life.
Surely, they work out, share quality time and healthy relationship with family and friends, and take breaks to recharge.
But they structure their days around one non-negotiable priority — this one thing is also the cheat code for their discipline.
It helps them stay focused, waking up with clarity, knowing exactly what they need to do, and making the insane level of progress in a short frame of time.
Multi-Tasking Doesn’t Exist
You cannot multi-task, because such concept doesn’t exist.
There is only task switching, where you force your brain to un-focus on one thing and re-focus on something else.
And all it’s going to do is, burn the candle of your mental energy and lead to mediocrity.
In fact, multi-tasking is actually focusing fully on one task at a time, so that you don’t have to spend any more time on it again.
But which thing must get how much time is totally in your own hands.
Also, do you’re duty, do you’re responsibility.
Do it with love, irrespective of whether you’re appreciated or rejected for it.
Do it even if you’re not in the mood to do it, as your moods and feelings fluctuate everyday, and people’s behavior towards you will fluctuate from time to time.
But if you’re too dependent or affected by that, then you’ll never be able to do what your core duties and responsibilities are towards your family, your society, humanity and most importantly, towards your own soul’s calling.
So, do your responsibilities towards satisfying your soul without worrying about the consequences or the results.
And, don’t think that you need to make to make your bed or do the cold plunging or go to bed at the same time every night in order to be successful.
It’s an utter nonsense!
Just identify your one most important goal, that if done consistently, will change everything for you and prioritize that!
That’s how the top 1% move faster, stay ahead, and build extraordinary lives.
