3 Life-Changing Habits to Become THAT GIRL
If you want to become HER â the dream version of yourself.
The woman who has her life together. The woman who is confident, looks good, feels good, gets what she wants.
Then youâre in the right place, Iâm going to share simple but life-changing habits to kick-start your 2025 towards becoming âherâ!
These are the things that I did to start stepping into the higher version of myself.
To note, even though some these are simple I guarantee that if you start these too, youâll be a whole 180°.

Letâs talk about how to become âThat GIRLâ! đ
1ď¸âŁThe Pivotal 30 Mins!
To tap into your divine feminine and power, to become the best-self the first step is to understand that every transformation takes place into your sub-conscious mind.
30 minutes after waking-up âď¸ and 30 minutes before going to bed đ are the most pivotal times of the day.
During these windows our brains are in a different state called, theta brain wave state, which is a state when our brain and hence weâre in deep meditation.
Itâs a state when weâre still conscious but weâre feeling like a bit groggy â precisely a dream-like state.
You can either use these times to either help you or hurt you. Think about what you do during these moments.
If the first thing you do after waking up is immediately pick-up your phone to scroll social media or check work emails.
Youâre essentially programming your sub-conscious mind with chaos, stress and comparison.
Or, if the last thing you do before bed is to worry about something weird that happened that day or binge watch reels and all.
Your sub-conscious mind takes all of that in and processes it while you sleep.
TBH, all these things marinate in there and those 30 minutes are critical:
- What you think about.
- What you do.
- How you feel.
All these sets the tone for rest of the day after waking, and
What you focus on before sleep set the stage for what your self-conscious mind is gonna process and reinforce overnight.
If you want to be that girl, use this time wisely. Donât pick up your phone, donât fill your mind with unnecessary stress and comparison.
These are the moment of the day where you need to be highly prioritize things like visualizing your dream version or your dream life.
You can use these times to manifests, or affirmations that center you or gratitude towards universe for everything you have and thank universe before hand for all the things you want.
This may sounds little but trust me 30 minutes before and after of sleeping, can help you rewire your brain and get you closer to the version of yourself that you want to be.
Try it, be very conscious about what you do during these 30 minutes.
And youâll start noticing feeling different and good changes in yourself within a couple of weeks.
Not just this, promise yourself to donât entertain any thoughts that are serving no purpose towards your goals.
2ď¸âŁEmbrace âThat Girlâ Mentality
Becoming that girl starts with what you believe about yourself, embrace âthat girlâ mentality.
Hereâs the thing: You donât become that girl and all of the sudden youâre like oh gosh, Iâm confident, Iâm magnetic, Iâm powerful, Iâm hot, sexy beautiful, I get what I want.
In fact; itâs actually the other way round, you choose to believe those things first and thatâs how you become âthat girlâ.
And this is often challenging, when youâre reinventing yourself and going against of who you were that can feel weird.
But I want you to remember that you are under no obligation to continue being who youâve always been.
Use that to set you free!
Throughout the day appreciate yourself, talk positive to yourself, encourage yourself to do good actions.
Even if your mind tricks you with any doubts or past insecurities. Become alert at that time and consciously divert your thoughts towards something youâre proud of.
One thing that I like to do start shifting my belief about myself training my sub-conscious mind is I say, âI canât but I WILLâ.
This phrase is pretty much for me to align myself with my goals without worrying about the hurdles.
Stand in front of mirror or simply do self talk and use whatever affirmations that resonates with you and mean something to you
Whatever beliefs you need to step into that higher version of yourself.
Itâs not necessary that you feel something over the top at first or you may feel a weird change.
But this step is really crucial to align you with your true self.
3ď¸âŁCreate An Alter Ego!
But one way to bridge this gap, which I did and something that I still continue to do.
In those awkward times where you feel uncomfortable to step into that next level version of yourself is to create an alter ego.
Basically, think of her as the version of you, who already has it all figured out; the confidence, the poise, the magnetism.
And then you ask yourself, what would she choose to do to handle this situation? How would she carry herself? How would she show up? What would she believe about herself?
And now, all you have to do is to act like her. Allow yourself to borrow the traits, the beliefs, the confidence, the energy of your higher-self.
This is the most powerful psychological tool to hack your mindset until she naturally becomes who you are now!
And eventually you wonât need that alter ego because youâll realize that you have been that girl all along and now youâre just finally bringing her out.
