The great advisor of Presidents and master of Eastern and Western medicine Deepak Chopra says of Rupert Spira; “I’ve gained deeper understanding listening to Rupert Spira than I have from any other exponent of modern spirituality!”

Here are eleven pointers;

“You are not your thoughts.

You are not your degrees or titles.

You are not your trauma.

You are that constant presence that has always been and is unchanged through time”.

“Love, peace and happiness are inherent in the knowing of our own being.

In fact, they are the knowing of being. They are simply other names for our self”.

“If we stick close to our experience, the ultimate reality of the world is the ultimate reality of our self”.

“Whenever we are seeking happiness, it is, in fact, our innate happiness that is seeking us”.

“The happiness we seek is the happiness we are”.

“Take refuge in the Now”.

“Suffering is our own activity”.

“We should be withdrawing our investment in the past and future and returning to the sanctuary of the Now”.

MY PREFERRED DEFINITION OF NAMASTE:
“I honor the place in you
in which the entire Universe dwells.
I honor the place in you which is of Love,
of Integrity, of Wisdom and of Peace.
When you are in that place in you,
and I am in that place in me,
we are One.”
