Verbalizing My Thoughts Helps My Mental Health
It has a sort of healing effect on my mind
So I’m really finding this practice of speaking out my thoughts, and recording them on my phone’s recording app, an effective way to slow my mind down and all its hyperactivity. It enables me to think about and analyze my thoughts more clearly. And that in turn, enables me to organize them better in my mind.
This helps slow my mind down and all the hyperactive thoughts in it. It makes it more organized and less chaotic. I’ve been doing this particular exercise for about two weeks now….and I have seen some marginal improvements. I dunno, maybe for normal people who don’t have ADHD, anxiety and severe hyperactivity of the mind, they’ll feel the effects faster. They may be able to clear up their mind and have more focus faster.
But for me, the effects have been quite slow and gradual…but I am somewhat glad that there are effects in the first place. I see that as an improvement in terms of my mental health problems.
A good practice to adopt
And I think not just people like me who have these types of issues but even for normal people in general, they can use this method of verbalizing their thoughts by recording themselves with their phone’s app….just as a way of expressing…
