Rejection is Everywhere and It FUCKIN’ Sucks!
Is there any real reason for it?!
You know, life is and is not unfair sometimes which puts us in a mindset that we’re not meant to get everything we want; if we are meant to at all. This often comes off to us as something as simple as a no or that one thing that we hate more than anything else, rejection.
Lately, I’ve been getting my fair share of it and then some; a little is fine but now it gets to a point where I’m just sick and tired of it. I know rejection is a part of life and it gets to a point where what can’t be, can’t be but it just gets irritating as hell sometimes.
Recently, I applied for the Habitat for Humanity housing. Now, the process was a smooth one and it got to a point where I thought the odds were in my favor. But, that came to a crashing, screeching halt when I got the letter saying that I don’t qualify because the money I have after child support isn’t enough to make or put down on whatever mortgage.
Mildly upset and turned off, I emailed the lady regarding the specifics. I’ll spare you the details but I just didn’t bother after, I’m so sick and tired of always turning around and there’s someone there rejecting something I want or something I want to do for the betterment of my future.
