4 Signs of Spiritual Maturity

There are various stages in spirituality, but most begin in the seeking or questioning phase. During this stage, we rely heavily on others for guidance. We may turn to divination, spiritualists, psychics, or teachers for assistance. As we mature, we eventually find our own way, but it takes time and patience. During this process of exploration and growth, we encounter many hurdles and make numerous mistakes, but it’s okay because it’s a part of the process.
Below, I list several signs that you are becoming spiritually mature.
#1 You allow yourself to feel.
People have long made fun of those who are emotional but this is actually a sign of maturity. When you allow yourself to express your emotions, you have developed self-awareness. Expressing your emotions indicates you understand your feelings and are courageous enough to share them. An immature individual with no self-awareness allows their emotions to fester until they lose control. If we fail to express our feelings, those emotions may control us and cause us to spiral.
