Ever Felt The Natural Cycle of Mental Destruction?

Stress, fears, anxiety, and burnout/depression are a natural cycle for many of us in our modern world!

We’ve never been as connected as today. We’ve never felt so alone.

And it can go much “worse” with… self-harming… or even suicide.

But not all people who self-harm are happy masochistic. Far from it!

For depressed people, self-harm might seem like a temporary relief or a way to cope with one’s pain.

But ultimately, it only worsens your mental health.

Why?
