Recently, I came across a heartbreaking post on TikTok about a famous influencer whose son drowned in their house pool. The news was devastating – a pain no mother should ever have to endure. My thoughts are with the grieving family, and I hope they find the strength to navigate this unimaginable loss.
As I continued scrolling, my feed was suddenly filled with posts about this influencer.
I had never paid much attention to her before, but now I was seeing her old posts with her family, their playful dog in the backyard, and tender moments with her newborn. Her life seemed picture-perfect, with a loving husband and a beautiful home. But in an instant, tragedy shattered this illusion, leaving her family – and my feed – in shock.
I can only imagine what she might be going through. Losing a child is like losing a part of yourself, and life is never the same. No one wishes calamity upon themselves but people believe sharing one’s lifestyle and blessings creates joy and might motivate others to follow suit.
