Are You Able To Enjoy Your Happy Moments To Its Fullest Anymore?
Let’s start enjoying them again.
One doesn’t have to force themselves to feel emotions like fear, anxiety, and stress. We just feel them when certain things happen in our lives. They’re very hard to avoid and manipulate because we mostly don’t have much control over those emotions.
But, when it comes to happiness, we most of the time get the controller of it. Hence, we hold the ability to avoid it or limit it, and sometimes we use this ability to tamper too much with our happiness.
Just remember, when was the last time you enjoyed any happy moment to its maximum limit without any fear. Without any hesitation. Without any guilt. And without any self-imposed limitation.
What is true happiness?
In your everyday life, you might be doing some small fun activities that give you some amount of happiness and pleasure. But that might not be true happiness. True happiness is when you can enjoy something like a kid.
