The previous weekend I decided to do something different. Not a fancy vacation nor a trip out of town, but simply visiting a new place that I had never been to before.

My choice fell on a mall that was located quite far from where I lived. At first it was just for fun, but it turned out that this small experience had a big impact.

My main goal at that time was to try new food. In the mall, there was a restaurant that served authentic Indonesian menus.

When I entered the mall, there were many Asian and Indonesian foods that I rarely found in my area. The taste of the food was indeed authentic Indonesian.

It was enough to cure my longing for home cooking. It felt good to be able to try something new, even if it was only through food.

Satisfied with the taste of the food, we decided to try something new. My husband decided to try exploring the blocks of streets around the mall.
