I’ve written about this before, but the story is worth repeating. I will have to weave into one story, and out of another because of the flashes of time, but let’s start with that. From one story comes another and then, I may return to the previous story. I wanted to create the environment in which you will read this. Everything you are about to read is true.
First, I must say it’s been over a month or so since I last wrote anything for Medium. I can’t even say there was a reason why I stopped writing. Yes, in life, there are daily challenges that we sometimes must face. But those haven’t dampened my writing spirit. I still pump out quality material for work.
Here’s a note for new writers.
Before I went into my Medium hibernation, I had written and published 198 articles. That’s not a lot of articles, but it’s a respectable amount. So, when I took an unannounced sabbatical, the strength of my past writings held me strong while I was away. I’m not saying I’m back just yet, but I’m always near the computer. So, the point I am making is: Just Write. Keep writing no matter what, until you have a significant portfolio on the site…
