WTF is this Job Market in 2024
OK, I’m gonna cut to the point here because I think this is something that needs to be said and I’m sick of seeing it play out.
Not too long ago in the now distant Covid era circa 2020 we heard of a phenomenon that was taking place in the workforce. Yes, you would recall it was called “the great resignation.”
