She walks along the ocean‘s edge, collecting shells as her therapy. She notices the radial symmetry of glowing starfish one by one leading her on a path to the ocean’s break. There, a lone humpback whale safely idles in wait on the shoreline. A chance encounter with a magnificent beast who beckons her to follow. The subject of her father’s storytelling. Dreams of swimming freely and exploring the ocean’s depth, this gentle giant as her guide and guard. Her father promised that they would meet again and together explore the ocean blue. He’s here. They are together once again.
