As an introvert, I found comfort in deep thought and the world of food. Originally from Indonesia, I boldly relocated to Australia six years ago in search of academic and professional development.

The Outback, an unexpected chapter, has provided a new challenge and opportunity. As a chef, I’ve expanded my love of food into a career, and this isolated setting stimulated my creativity, allowing me to experiment with uncommon ingredients such as crocodiles.

Imagine it tasted like eating dried chicken coated with fish sauce. Unique right? However, most of the visitors to this town are curiuous for that taste. For me as a culinary geek, it is a once-in- a-lifetime experience, getting my hands on this exotic ingredient.

What makes you unique?

My ability to endure physical hardship is exceptional. Twelve-hour shifts grilling for 200 people during the summer are a testament to that. Beyond physical resilience, I am wholeheartedly committed to my work.

I am constantly striving to expand my skills and explore new linguistic possibilities. This unwavering dedication, coupled with my adventurous spirit, makes me a unique individual. I am eager to see where…
