In Short

  • You could have good sleep until you let go of things that bother you
  • There’s no such thing as a perfect routine so allow yourself to flow
  • last but not least remind yourself it’s okay to grow at your own pace.

Can you remember the last time you lay in bed struggling with your thoughts? You wanted your mind to become calm, just so that you could get some sleep.

Throughout the next day, you had the opposite problem — you wanted to be awake, but could hardly stop yawning.

You stumbled into work but weren’t present. You couldn’t concentrate. Your whole body ached and your mind felt empty.

You were hoping something, anything, would turn up so that you could gather enough momentum to do a day’s work.

All these problems just because you were worrying about things last time.
