It happened. I mean, the big IT. The IT we were all warned about. WWIII — the Nuclear Winter IT.

The Scientists were right. They were always right, but humans don’t always listen. They took one more chance to not listen. It was the last chance. No do-overs. Congratulations, humans! We did it! We ended life on Earth! Ironically or successfully depending on how you feel about it, there’s no one left to celebrate anything with anymore. In time, Nature will recover and thrive much better without human interference. They never lived by the laws of nature. They only lived by the laws of greed.

There’s a handful of survivors, but we are the last. No more babies being born because the survivors are all sterile. Radiation sickness does that along with a horrifyingly painful death. It’s probably natures way of assuring we don’t have the ability to propagate anymore because we’d just overpopulate, get greedy, and still end it all again.

I’m dying slowly, but survivors have one last job. A Snow Job. Not the one like the greedy had to grift, con and defraud. Nope. Those days are gone, fortunately and unfortunately because we had a chance to right the sinking ship, but never again.
