  1. Don’t sacrifice quantity for quality without a plan. If you don’t have specific improvements in mind to make your videos better, cutting back on how much you upload won’t necessarily help. 2. Remember, your audience isn’t made up of growth experts. They’ll often tell you what they’d like to see, but that doesn’t always align with what’s actually best for your channel’s growth. 3. You don’t have to do all the editing yourself. You aren’t the only person who can edit your content, learn how to communicate your creative vision to an editor, so they can help you bring your ideas to life — and even improve on them. 4. If your content isn’t getting views, you’re probably facing one of three issues: (1) your strategy needs work, (2) you’re not being patient enough, or (3) your execution isn’t up to par. 5. Stop obsessing over higher click-through rates (CTR) and average view duration (AVD). These metrics often don’t directly correlation with more views, so they’re not always the best indicators of success. 6. Stop listening to this SEO narrative. The entire SEO strategy, including carefully selected tags and other metadata, won’t get you a million views per video.
