Empty Your Cup!

Once upon a time, in a bustling town, a young man named Sam. Sam was known throughout the town for his unwavering quest for knowledge. He had a deep thirst for learning and was always seeking to expand his understanding of the world.

One day, Sam heard rumours of a wise old sage who resided atop a distant mountain. It was said that this sage possessed the answers to life’s deepest questions and held the key to acquiring the most profound knowledge. Eager to satiate his thirst for wisdom, Sam embarks on a journey to meet the sage.

The journey to the mountaintop was long and arduous. Sam faced treacherous terrain, wild animals, and harsh weather, but his determination never wavered. After weeks of travel, he finally reached the summit, where the sage awaited him.

The sage was a weathered old man with a serene smile. Sam greeted him with reverence and asked, “O Wise Sage, I have travelled far and endured much to seek your knowledge. Please share with me the deepest and most profound wisdom you possess.”

The sage, with a twinkle in his eye, replied, “Young seeker, I shall indeed impart to you the most valuable knowledge. But first, you must perform a task. Take this empty cup and fill it with water from the nearby stream. But be cautious: you must fill it to the brim without spilling a drop.”
