Intelligence is often praised as one of humanity’s greatest assets. We are taught to love it, strive for it and see it as the key to success, and innovation. But what happens when intelligence becomes a curse, not a blessing? What if the characteristics that make someone unique also separate them from the world around them? Leave them stuck in a maze of their own making? Countless personal stories suggest that wisdom sometimes outweighs its gifts.
