“Babe! I am so glad we took this opportunity to get away and celebrate together!” I said turning to Trevor, my husband of 10 years.
“I’m with you, gorgeous, and this couples massage is just the start of our weekend, before we have to head back to work and reality.”
Trevor grabbed my hand and rushed us across the bright and sunny street towards the Couples Spa we had booked for the afternoon. We had been recommended the spa by a friend at work who insisted it was the perfect place to get a couples massage and we were both looking forward to an afternoon of unwinding and getting in touch with each other again.
We entered the spa and were greeted by gentle music, quiet ambiance, and a tall blonde with a seductive, whispery voice.
“Good afternoon, you must be Trevor and Sam. Welcome to The Couples Spa. We understand this is your first time visiting and I can assure you, this will not be your last. We are known for our couples massage, and fully guarantee you will leave today feeling refreshed, relaxed, stress free and closer together than when you first came in. I am Amber and I will be assisting you with the check in process.”
