I Never Stopped Searching For The Love Of My Life

It’s been almost 2 years since I met him. It’s been almost a year since he proposed on the 60th floor. But it took me just one second to swipe right on his profile. It took him a few poems to fall for me.

Before I met him, I was using several dating apps, and I was having a hard time finding someone that I could deeply connect with. Are you familiar with the phrase “send a pic?” I mean…not just a normal picture — but that kind of picture.

People say, “Your relationship is not real. It’s just online dating.” Or, “She’s just cat-fishing you and is trying to scam you for money.” I laugh whenever I think about that.

All I know is that I am happy with him. Even if we sometimes get under each other’s skin — it makes the relationship realistic.
