Annie had always been alone.
No friends, no boyfriend, just herself for company.
She desperately hoped to find a way to connect with others.
But no one ever noticed her.
Then one day she became tempted to try something desperate.
A voodoo doctor gives her the choice of a green potion, or a red one.
“An impossible choice, one path leads to friends and love. The other leads to isolation and despair.”
Annie chose the green drink and prayed she’d chosen right.
She cried on the train home.
She just knew she’d chosen poorly.
Then, from across the train there he was. The cutest boy she’d ever seen.
At that moment her hands started to morph into crab claws.
What a nightmare! Forever the lonely crab-girl!
The boy smiled at her.
He looked at her claws and blushed.
