AI and Human Collaboration: Embracing the Power of Artificial Intelligence
The amount of fear surrounding the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been both fascinating and demoralizing to watch in real-time.
As a digital marketer who works with 6,7 and 8-figure e-commerce stores that have been featured across both Shark Tank and Dragon’s Den, I have been shocked at the reluctance from various store owners to utilise the brilliance that is AI-powered content creation and marketing.
Reluctance to embrace the new is not an emerging phenomenon and there is a term that’s been coined to describe this technological hesitancy.
It’s called The Scorpion Effect, and the name refers to the instinctive and natural reluctance of humans to fully embrace technology as it goes against our nature.
This is largely in part due to the fear that technology, particularly AI will make certain industries or professions redundant and eventually rob us of the unique things that make us human.
AI has emerged as a powerful tool that has transformed various industries, including healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.
