How to Sleep Better When Overwhelmed by Racing Thoughts
What are these thoughts?
Are they about fear and worry for the future?
Or embarrassing conversations or incidents from the past?
Maybe it’s about things you wish you had done better, or feelings of hate for someone, or the longing for someone’s love.
Whatever they are, let me tell you this: those who love and support you will not stop doing so. And those who don’t? They’ll always find a reason not to. Don’t waste your time dwelling on the past — it’s over.
As for the future, if you’re overwhelmed by thoughts about security, education, or exams, focus on one step at a time. Plan just for the next day. When you execute those plans, nothing can go wrong because doing the right thing one step at a time always leads you forward.

Increase love toward others, even toward those you dislike. Spending energy on disliking someone only harms you — it does no good. Loving thoughts, on the other hand, nourish you and create a lasting positive impact.
Start your day with purpose. Choose happiness. Trust the universe or God. When you finish what you’ve planned or make progress toward your goals, you’re already unstoppable.
