Beauty of The ‘Spring Equinox’

I took the above picture at the ‘Himalayan Pir Panjal range.’ The flower, i.e., VERVAIN, popularly called ‘the holy herb,’ caught my eye. The amateur photographer in me had to capture it! Vervain is well known for the mysticism and folklore behind it. It was used by witches back in the day as an offering on altars to ward off evil spirits and foster harmony and spiritual well-being.

Lessons from nature!

21st March.

It’s that time of the year when sunshine hits the north and the south poles at the same time!

When day and night are in harmony and new life is sprouting all around us.

A time when the morning breeze is ‘just right.’

It’s not only a growing season for nature but for the entire human race too!

The equinox stands as a reminder for folks like us that after every dark day, light shines through. No matter how cold and lifeless your existence seems to be right now, it’s not going to be permanent. You might be holding on to people who are dimming your light, to situations in the past still haunting your daily life, and to jobs that are not serving your health and well-being. It’s time to grow out of each one of them.

Nature evolves; it’s never stagnant. That is why it always captures our hearts. Even still water starts to stink after a while. Any situation in life in which you feel uneasy and captivated is not serving you, whether you can see that in the moment or not.

Show that courage, that excitement for renewal.

It’s not easy to break old patterns, but for once, go out in nature.
See the beauty that it has to offer. The peace that comes along just by going…
