The path of Expectations

I know you are full of expectations,
You want me to succeed,
Knowing you are there for me,
Without telling me what to do.

Never got scared because of you,
You have given me so much care,
Never thought parents were distant,
Gotten scolded for some instances.

You believed in me with care,
Yet I have not walked off the path of expectations,
Crying, laughing, angry—every moment is the best,
Sometimes the path is harder than the rest.

You have taken me and given me the best,
And I promise I will go with you until the end.
