How unconscious triggers lead to impulsive behaviours??
In this world of modernization and the age of social media there is an everlasting distance between people like if there are two persons living in one room they might not speak a single word with each other same goes with family members. There is a lack of communication between people, like if there may be a distance of a few inches between two persons, but they are emotionally very far from each other.
On the flip side, someone is very far from you physically, but emotionally, you two are very connected. He/ she is a reason to make you happy and soothe your fragmented soul.
I am going to talk about mental health issues of youngsters in the light of the “Sigmund Freud” concept of unconscious.
Unconscious:
is something that we are not aware of and beyond our consciousness. But It’s something that is operating in our background and gives shape to our personality and our behaviour. Our relationships and all daily life affairs are affected by this very unconsciousness that we ourselves are blind to. Unconscious is a store house for our repressed desires, unresolved conflicts, and fears, and this is not passive but dynamic and actively participating in our lives.
