Difference between Sex and Gender:

Attention everyone! Let’s shine a light on how sex is different from gender.when we talk about the difference between male and female we use the terms sex and gender interchangeably but let me tell you something that these two terms are different from each other.They both can be relatable in a sense that they differentiate male from females but not interchangeable.

Sex is biologically constructed, while gender is something that is structured by society. We a child born he or she declared as male or female on the basis of their biological or physical differences but the very society in which they survive marked then as female and male.There are socially or culturally rules and gender roles that are ascribed with males and females.for example females should speak in a submissive and polite tone,male should speak in a dominating way.Females should cook food and look after their children and male should work outside and provide them financially,females can only survive if she has a male by her side.

So, in this way, there is a huge discrimination between males and females due to societal and familial expectations. I would like to shed light on the concept or movements of feminism.
