First, I overheard a conversation between Matt and his former lover last night. His exact words to this person were, ‘I told you to stop calling me, and then he threatened that he’d report the person and stated that their career would be ruined. He seemed afraid but also angry.”
“Second, I recovered a memory in a dream last night. Dr. Hendrickson, my therapist, told me my memories could return in several ways. One of those ways could be through dreams or nightmares. Last night, a memory surfaced of an argument between Matt and me. In my dream, I walked into the office while he was working. I wanted to get a book from the shelves, but instead, I overheard something I wasn’t supposed to hear.”
