But there are things you can do to keep warm without turning on the heat.
Layer Up
This is the easiest thing you can do to keep yourself warm. Make sure you wear thick clothes such as:
- Hats
- Jumpers
- Socks
In this winter it is vital that you keep your hands and feet warm.
Be sure to wear items that are made from wool and cotton. Clothing made from these materials are thick and will keep you warm.
You can wear thermal layers to add another layer to keep your legs warm in this icy weather.
Move your body
Now I don’t want you to go to the gym and start hitting the weights.
