Not a rant, just writing on these topics

Wellness refers to being in a good place and being able to relax and unwind and release your mind, for some this can involve retreats, vacations and spa’s in order to assist with wellness.

Health refers to your ability to look after your body, being able to remain healthy, with no lingering injuries, problems or health concerns. Many individuals develop musculoskeletal conditions which affect their health, this can include things which affect mobility, range of motion and general day to day activities.

General wellbeing is the overarching banner, it can include your mind. However it encompasses every aspect of you and your personal life. Working out and carrying out your day job can affect this in different ways.

Sleep is perhaps one of the more underrated ways to assist with all three of these topics, a lack of sleep can affect memory, cognitive function and in extremely serious cases can lead to delirium, lack of concentration and hallucination.

Water and remaining hydrated are equally important, there are many regimes out there including: keto, breatharian, eating…
