How to practice “Self-love”

Having self-love, is not something made easy for people. It requires a lot of work and is very-hard to over-come. But if you follow my short techniques then you will be able to accomplish learning to love yourself without having to lean on the love of others.

Here are the steps to practice self-love

1: PUT YOURSELF FIRST

This is very common when people get into a relationship, They focus on the well-being of that person and forget about themselves and what makes them “phenomenal”. Yes!, you can really love and care about the person your with but remember, before they showed up in your life you were your own person. So don’t dedicate all your time and energy into the things they want, over the things that make you happy.

Don’t get lost and caught up in there bubble, That you lose your way and you forget how it feels to be alone. You get so attached to them that the fear of them leaving scares you to the point that you feel the need to always be around them. Time to yourself doesn’t exist and every life decision you make revolves around them, Which makes you lose sight of your own identity. So please, Do me a favor and always make yourself a priority. Even if your not in a relationship.
