Yes, it’s been a while since I posted last, and I’m not sure how many more promises I can break (when saying I’ll be back with regular updates “soon”, before disappearing from jeetwincasinos.completely!)

So I won’t promise anything anymore. And I mean that in the BEST way.

If you’ve been following the blog, you’ll know I started a journey of self-discovery around a year and a half ago, sparked by the realisation that I may have ADHD, Autism or a combination of both. With a need to find out more I decided to start this blog to track my progress.

It worked for a while didn’t it? I found myself deep-diving into the world of neurodivergence, writing many an article about ADHD, its symptoms, its effects, and how it can affect people in so many different ways.

I researched, wrote, lived and breathed neurodivergence for a while. I was hyperfixated. A classic sign of ADHD, of course. But, as with all hyperfixations, I knew that, at some point, it would have to come to an end. And that’s exactly what happened. Not a forever end — just a big break.

I tried posting a couple of times, to give myself the push I thought I needed to reignite the passion I’d quite literally had not a month before, but nothing I looked up bore any interest to me.
