How To Start Therapeutic Journaling
Writing can help you on your healing journey.
Writing is a therapeutic activity because it allows you to explore yourself inside, bringing to the surface and working on your past. Each person has their baggage of experiences that they carry with them but, this is not always a good thing.
We must learn to make peace and let go of what does not allow us to grow and feel good about ourselves.
Journaling is the art of understanding ourselves through writing, each person can undertake this path and absolutely no body or diploma is necessary.
Some steps to follow to benefit from this healing and care tool
— #01. The first step is the intention to journal and explore all of your sides, even those that we do not like. Intention is a fundamental pillar in every path, this does not mean that we have to tell others the reason for our choices but, we understand our motivations in this therapeutic path.
Journaling is a solitary art, so every written word is a way to talk to ourselves without filters.
