• Welcome to AskFeebs — a weekly address where your questions on crypto and 0Chain are answered. I’m Derick Fiebiger, Director of Operations for 0Chain, and I thank you for joining me. Let’s hop into things.

0chain Highlights

• AlphaNet and 0Box have been launched!
• AlphaNet: 0.45 second finality speed, 100tps running without a hiccup so far
• 0Box: app launched. Still raw, but running great. App fixes. We need to get the word out so keep helping out by talking about it. This should get easier as we continually update the app.
• Please keep reporting bugs you experience with Alphanet and 0Box here:
• Marketing: share links and competitions coming soon but we will keep you updated. We have a lot of exciting things coming up. This will come when 0Box is moved off of TestFlight and onto the App Store which allow us to track download referrals and whatnot.
• Mining: Information on rigs coming out soon. If you haven’t already, check out the . We are close to bringing on service providers and integrating them into the network for beta. You can get a gist of what the initial offerings will look like. The ‘white glove’ option will include the rig being built, tested, and deployed to a collocation center. To start, everything will be via fiat payments but we are hoping to eventually integrate crypto options as well. Why buy it right away? Prices still being finalized and early bird discount will be given between 10–15% and/or looking at doing a ZCN giveaway match for amount of money spent on rig (for example, spending $8k on a rig resulting in an 8k ZCN reward).
